SHIPPING
Drop Zone Extreme uses USPS and UPS as our shippers. We ship most orders out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed Fri-Sun will be shipped Monday.

PAYMENT
- Paypal- Paypal is the preffered payment method. Any order over $250 will ship signature required due to Paypals rules. We will only ship to the address provided on the Paypal payment. Please do not ask us to ship to a alternate address, we will not do this.
- Credit Cards-Payment by credit card over phone is allowed Monday-Friday. We are open 10-4 Mon-Fri est. Please send us a message requesting more information for credit card payment.

RETURNS/WARRANTY
We only sell Brand New items from the manufacturer most items come with a manufacturers warranty. Problems with items under warranty must be dealt with through the manufacturer, We can assist you in contacting them. However we are not able to service warranties. For all other items we can accept returns on unopened/unused products if you purchase by mistake; You must contact us within 15 days of receipt for a return to be accepted. We cannot refund shipping nor can we pay return shipping. In the case of a defective item not covered by a warranty you must contact us within 15 days of receipt and we will work with you for an quick solution. we charge a standard 10% restocking fee on returns.
