Releasing yet another series of all-around great reliable markers, the new Tippmann Recon AEG Shorty airsoft marker is one of three well-built markers. The Recon comes with the marker itself, one mag, and the manual. Batteries and other accessories are sold separately. The mag included is a standard Mid Capacity mag holding 120rds, other M4 / M16 Series airsoft AEG magazines are compatible with the Recon. The Recon is equipped with a Ver 2 full metal gearbox that is fully upgradeable. The hop up in the marker is adjustable to give it more backspin/range of your marker. The battery compartment is located in the stock where there is a plate at the in where your shoulders go, remove plate and insert battery that connects to a small Tamiya connector. We recommend using a 9.6v small Butterfly type of battery to operate the marker. The Recon shoots up to an fps of 350-370 while the option of going semi to full-auto. All in all for the price and with all of the features the Tippmann Recon AEG Shorty has to offer, the Recon is a great marker for a player just getting into airsoft but wants more options with a reliable low price marker.
