02-25 v2 Valve Body for A5's and X7 's.

This is the longer valve body currently used on the A5 and X7 02-V v2 valve assemblies and on the newest X7 TA10060 valve assembly.  The 02-25 v2 measures 2" long and the 02-25 was 1 & 15/16" long. 

Compatibility and Tech Notes

• For an A5
  • with a 02-V valve assembly with the 02-25 valve body: (you can tell because the 02-25 valve body measures 1 & 15/16")
    • You should upgrade to the
      • new longer valve body and the new
      • tombstone oring to go with it.
    • Or, just replace the whole assembly with the newer 02-V v2.
  • with a 02-V v2 valve assembly and the 02-25 v2 valve body: (you can tell because the 02-25 v2 valve body measures 2")
    • If you just need a valve body then replace it with the same 02-25 v2.  Or you can replace the whole assembly with 02-V v2
• For an X7
  • with 02-V valve assembly and 02-25 valve body: (you can tell because the 02-25 valve body measures 1 & 15/16")
    • You should upgrade your
      • valve body to 02-25 v2
      • tombstone oring to the new larger TA01058
      • valve stem to the longer TA10052
      • This will effectively upgrade your valve to the new TA10060 assembly.  Or you can just replace the whole asembly complete with TA10060.
  • with 02-V v2 valve assembly and 02-25 v2 valve body: (you can tell because the 02-25 v2 valve body measures 2")
    • If you just need a valve body then replace it with the same 02-25 v2.  Or you can replace the whole assembly with TA10060 which would also guarantee that you get the new longer valve stem TA10052.
  • with TA10060 valve assembly with 02-25 v2 valve body
    • If you just need a valve body then replace it with the same 02-25 v2.  Or you can replace the whole assembly with TA10060.
